Alla gentile attenzione dell’Ambasciatore,
Buon pomeriggio a lei e a tutto il suo staff, sono il Dott. Alessio Brancaccio, tecnico sportivo carismatico nel settore running dal 1997 e nel settore del ciclismo su strada dal 2008 nella regione dell’Abruzzo in Italia centrale, membro della Fondazione Michele Scarponi Onlus di Jesi (Ancona) nella regione delle Marche, membro del movimento ambientalista Ultima Generazione appartenente alla Rete A22 Network ed Ambasciatore per la tutela dei Diritti Umani dei Palestinesi per conto di Al-Rahma Charity Association di Khan Younis, città a sud della Striscia di Gaza che da oltre due mesi è oggetto di pesanti bombardamenti aerei e di artiglieria pesante per volere di Israele, attraverso il suo Presidente Benjamin Netanyahu. Ho deciso di scriverle per riportare alla sua gentile attenzione una questione importante che credo merita particolare attenzione e riguarda la delicata situazione vigente in Medio Oriente causata da Israele e dagli Stati Uniti d’America: Israele detiene il 90% delle banche in USA, in cambio gli americani forniscono armi ed arerei ai sionisti israeliani nel genocidio in atto contro i civili palestinesi. Nei tre mesi di guerra dal 7 Ottobre 2023 ad oggi, ho avuto modo di documentarmi accuratamente e di raccogliere del materiale video su tutto ciò che sta accadendo nella Striscia di Gaza ed in Cisgiordania, attraverso la testata giornalistica qatariota Al Jazeera e dalle pagine X ed Instagram Eye on Palestine e sono anch’io giunto alla conclusione che i coloni israeliani stanno commettendo da 75 anni genocidio e crimini di guerra contro i miei fratelli e sorelle civili palestinesi, sia in Cisgiordania che nell’intera Striscia di Gaza, questione della quale ho già avuto modo di riportare all’attenzione del Segretario Generale dell’ONU Guterres e al Vice Presidente del Consiglio di Sicurezza dell’Unione Europea, Borrell. Ribadisco con fermezza in tale sede che in un Mondo sempre meno etico, coerente e trasparente, ogni guerra combattuta tra Stati deve comunque attenersi sempre a delle precise regole alle quali Netanyahu non si è voluto attenere, pertanto andrà destituito al più presto dal suo ruolo di Primo Ministro, perché il suo popolo non merita al timone un sionista di estrema destra, borioso e prepotente e militarista come lui, che con la scusa della religione sta commettendo una mattanza da pulizia etnica, macchiandosi ogni giorno sempre di più dei reati di genocidio e crimini di guerra che sono già stati riportati dal team di avvocati del Sud Africa nella causa legale di genocidio avviata contro Israele e depositata alla Corte Penale Internazionale di L’Aia in Olanda, causa attualmente in fase di svolgimento. Secondo la Convenzione di Ginevra del 1949, ospedali di qualsiasi nazionalità non vanno mai bombardati da forze militari per la presenza di civili bisognosi di cure primarie a tutela della loro salute e questa convenzione è stata continuamente violata da Israele per il fatto che il principale ospedali di Gaza come l’Al-Shifa, le porzioni di Psichiatria e Pediatria dello stesso, sono state occupate con i carri armati israeliani Merkava a Novembre scorso, ma anche negli ospedali di Al-Aqsa a Deir Al-Balah, il Nasser Medical Complex, l’Al-Amal di Khan Younis e l’ospedale Al-Kuwaiti di Rafah ho visto video di bambini arrivati in ospedale con ustioni di quarto grado sul viso e sul corpo causate dalle bombe convenzionali NK84 fornite dagli Stati Uniti a Israele: le bombe NK84 attualmente sono le bombe più potenti in dotazione all’arsenale americano, il secondo Stato più militarizzato al Mondo dopo Israele, non a caso la NATO è stata fondata per volere degli USA. Altro fatto grave che riporto in questa sede è il blocco delle ambulanze della Mezzaluna Rossa Palestinese, la Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS): oltre ad arrecare interruzione di pubblico servizio, tali ambulanze vengono costantemente prese di mira dai bombardamenti dell’Israeli Defence Force (IDF), violando anche in questo caso la Convenzione di Ginevra. Anche bombardare con gli aerei F16 civili inermi, non in grado di difendersi, è un atto di vigliaccheria che va punito esemplarmente senza attenuanti giuridiche, perché la Palestina, non essendo ancora uno Stato formato, non ha una propria Costituzione ed è difesa soltanto da un drappello di uomini armati di Hamas che costituiscono l’Organizzazione per la Liberazione della Palestina (PLO) e non da un esercito regolare, per cui è una lotta impari tra la IDF e Hamas: è come se il Presidente di un Paese della NATO appartenente all’Art.5 del Patto Atlantico, decidesse dall’oggi al domani di muovere un proprio esercito, carri armati, navi, missili terra-aria contro l’intera popolazione del Burundi in Africa per appropriarsi delle risorse minerarie di quel Paese, come potrebbero loro difendersi senza disporre di tecnologie in grado di rispondere ad un’invasione militare? La cosa apparentemente non avrebbe senso, a meno che Netanyahu ha i suoi interessi a far sparire la popolazione palestinese e non voler vedere riconosciuto lo stato della Palestina, perché ho già saputo da alcuni palestinesi con i quali sono in costante contatto che il Presidente israeliano ha contattato già da mesi delle agenzie immobiliari private israeliane per ricostruire ville e resort di lusso israeliani sopra le case palestinesi distrutte, in un territorio che non gli appartiene e che i palestinesi fanno bene a difendere con tanto vigore, perché si tratta della loro madrepatria, è il luogo in cui sono nati. Voi cosa fareste se dall’oggi al domani verreste attaccati e vi intimassero di abbandonare le vostre case, i vostri affetti personali, cosa portereste via con voi in poco tempo prima dell’evacuazione che possa mantenere la memoria nei secoli della vostra esistenza: la foto del vostro battesimo, della vostra prima comunione, della vostra cresima, del vostro matrimonio o del vostro viaggio più significativo? Tutti voi sapete quanto me che la soluzione dei “Due Popoli e due Stati”, avanzata caglioffamente dal Presidente americano Biden, non sarà mai realizzabile, perché altrimenti lo avrebbero già fatto assieme all’ONU nel 1948, già al tempo si potevano riconoscere due Stati ed invece gli USA stessi riconobbero soltanto Israele perché è una loro creazione che fa comodo avere per ragioni economiche e biologiche legate alla costruzione di biolaboratori ed alla ricerca di nuovi agenti biologici artificiali da bioterrorismo per creare nuove malattie in laboratorio da spargere poi nel Mondo. La soluzione dei due Stati avanzata soltanto oggi, invece che nel 1948, avrebbe sicuramente evitato la prima Nakba, il primo esodo migratorio palestinese dai loro territori verso il Monte Sinai, creato dai coloni israeliani del tempo ed oggi, dopo 75 anni, siamo di nuovo in presenza dello stesso fenomeno, di una seconda Nakba, un nuovo esodo migratorio e ben peggiore a livello umanitario di quello del 1948. Per evitare che l’attuale conflitto si allarghi a macchia d’olio verso altri Paesi della Lega Araba e che la carestia, le precarie condizioni igienico-sanitarie e le malattie che ne deriveranno possano aggravare un quadro umanitario già di per sé catastrofico nella Striscia di Gaza, alla luce di tali elementi chiedo al vostro Paese, assieme a tutti quelli BRICS solidali alla causa palestinese, di unirsi alla causa legale di genocidio contro Israele avviata dal Sud Africa e a breve verrà intrapresa anche dalla Slovenia per richiedere:
- L’immediata destituzione dal potere di Netanyahu e l’istituzione di nuove elezioni nazionali;
- Un cessate il fuoco permanente ed il ritiro immediato dei soldati israeliani dai territori occupati illegalmente;
- La pace tra la comunità giudea israeliana che dovrà rilevare il potere al posto di quella sionista ed Hamas di Gaza firmata dai Ministeri degli Affari Esteri (MOFA) israeliano e da quello dell’ANP Palestinese di Abu Mazen;
- Varare sanzioni economiche ad Israele;
- Istituire un embargo militare adIsraele.
In merito al punto 3 da me richiesto ho un’importante precisazione da fare: Netanyahu sa bene che la guerra secondo lui sarà lunga e durerà almeno per tutto il 2024 e sa altrettanto bene che non potrà recuperare tutti gli ostaggi israeliani e di altre nazionalità tenuti prigionieri da Hamas e questi non verranno mai rilasciati tutti se gli israeliani non manifestano ancora l’intenzione di liberare tutti i prigionieri palestinesi detenuti illegalmente nelle loro carceri di occupazione. I civili palestinesi vogliono un cessate il fuoco immediato, una pace immediata e duratura: mi ha colpito nel profondo dell’anima un video di un uomo palestinese che si trovava all’interno dell’ospedale Nasser Medical Complex di Khan Younis ed ha detto alla stampa di Al Jazeera prima di perdere i sensi: “Non ci date acqua, cibo, non ci servono, vogliamo soltanto la pace per i nostri bambini e tornare a vivere una vita normale!”
In conclusione, spero che le mie considerazioni siano state di suo gradimento e che possa accogliere la mia richiesta di far partecipare a breve anche il suo Paese alla causa legale di genocidio contro Israele avviata dal Sud Africa: se ci si dichiara solidali alla causa palestinese, poi lo si deve dimostrare concretamente e presentarsi alla ICJ di L’Aia non deve rappresentare soltanto un atto di coraggio, ma un doveroso atto etico e morale di solidarietà ed umanità di un popolo umano, “Le Peuple Humain” riporto una frase usata in questi giorni in solidarietà a Gaza dal leader di La France Insoumise Jean Luc Melechon che dovrebbe sempre considerare tutti i suoi simili come fratelli e sorelle, specialmente i più deboli e gli oppressi, perché schierarsi dalla parte del più supportato è sempre più facile per tutti, ma schierarsi dalla parte dei più deboli è un atto empatico di eroismo.
Porgo i miei più cordiali auguri di buon lavoro a lei e tutto il suo staff, avremo sicuramente modo di risentirci prossimamente sulla questione mediorientale.

Good afternoon to you and all your staff, I’m Dr. Alessio Brancaccio, charismatic sports technician in the running sector since 1997 and in the road cycling sector since 2008 in the Abruzzo region in central Italy, member of the Michele Scarponi Onlus Foundation of Jesi (Ancona) in the Marche region, member of the environmentalist movement Ultima Generazione belonging to the A22 Network and Ambassador for the protection of the Human Rights of Palestinians on behalf of Al-Rahma Charity Association of Khan Younis, a city south of the Gaza Strip which for over two months it has been the subject of heavy aerial and heavy artillery bombing at the behest of Israel, through its President Benjamin Netanyahu. I decided to write to you to bring to your kind attention an important issue which I believe deserves particular attention and concerns the delicate situation in force in the Middle East caused by Israel and the United States of America: Israel holds 90% of the banks in the USA, in exchange the Americans supply weapons and aircraft to the Israeli Zionists in the ongoing genocide against Palestinian civilians. In the three months of war from 7 October 2023 to today, I have had the opportunity to carefully document and collect video material on everything that is happening in the Gaza Strip and in the West Bank, through the Qatari newspaper Al Jazeera and from pages Instagram Eye on Palestine and I too have come to the conclusion that Israeli settlers have been committing genocide and war crimes against my civilian Palestinian brothers and sisters for 75 years, both in the West Bank and in the entire Gaza Strip, an issue of which I have already had the opportunity to bring it to the attention of the UN Secretary General Guterres and the Vice President of the Security Council of the European Union, Borrell. I firmly reiterate here that in a world that is increasingly less ethical, coherent and transparent, every war fought between states must always comply with precise rules which Netanyahu did not want to abide by, therefore he will have to be removed as soon as possible from his role as Prime Minister, because your people do not deserve at the helm a far-right Zionist, arrogant, overbearing and militaristic like him, who with the excuse of religion is committing a massacre of ethnic cleansing, staining himself more and more every day with the crimes of genocide and war crimes which have already been reported by the South African legal team in the genocide legal case brought against Israel and filed at the International Criminal Court in The Hague in the Netherlands, a case currently underway. According to the Geneva Convention of 1949, hospitals of any nationality must never be bombed by military forces due to the presence of civilians in need of primary care to protect their health and this convention has been continuously violated by Israel due to the fact that the main hospitals of Gaza as Al-Shifa, the Psychiatry and Pediatrics portions of the same, were occupied with Israeli Merkava tanks last November, but also in the Al-Aqsa hospitals in Deir Al-Balah, the Nasser Medical Complex, the Al-Amal in Khan Younis and Al-Kuwaiti Hospital in Rafah. I saw videos of children arriving at the hospital with fourth-degree burns on their faces and bodies caused by conventional NK84 bombs supplied by the United States to Israel: NK84 bombs currently they are the most powerful bombs in the American arsenal, the second most militarized state in the world after Israel, it is no coincidence that NATO was founded at the behest of the USA. Another serious fact that I report here is the blockade of the ambulances of the Palestinian Red Crescent, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS): in addition to causing interruptions to public services, these ambulances are constantly targeted by bombings by the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), violating the Geneva Convention in this case too. Even bombing unarmed civilians, not capable of defending themselves, with F16 planes is an act of cowardice that must be punished in an exemplary manner without legal extenuating circumstances, because Palestine, not yet being a formed state, does not have its own Constitution and is defended only by a group of armed men from Hamas who make up the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and not from a regular army, so it is an unequal fight between the IDF and Hamas: it’s like if the President of a NATO country belonging to Art.5 of the Atlantic Pact, decided overnight to move its own army, tanks, ships, surface-to-air missiles against the entire population of Burundi in Africa to appropriate the mineral resources of that country, as they could defend themselves without having technologies capable of responding to a military invasion? This apparently would not make sense, unless Netanyahu has his own interests in making the Palestinian population disappear and does not want to see the state of Palestine recognized, because I have already learned from some Palestinians with whom I am in constant contact that the Israeli President has contacted for months by private Israeli real estate agencies to rebuild Israeli villas and luxury resorts on top of the destroyed Palestinian homes, in a territory that does not belong to them and which the Palestinians are right to defend with such vigor, because it is their homeland, it is the place where they were born. What would you do if from one day to the next you were attacked and ordered to abandon your homes, your personal affections, what would you take away with you in a short time before the evacuation that could preserve the memory for the centuries of your existence: the photo about your baptism, your first communion, your confirmation, your wedding or your most significant trip? All of you know as well as I do that the “Two Peoples and Two States” solution, haphazardly advanced by American President Biden, will never be achievable, because otherwise they would have already done it together with the UN in 1948, already at that time two States could be recognized and instead the USA themselves only recognized Israel because it is their creation which is convenient to have for economic and biological reasons linked to the construction of biolaboratories and the search for new artificial biological agents for bioterrorism to create new diseases in the laboratory to then spread throughout the world. The two-state solution put forward only today, instead of in 1948, would certainly have avoided the first Nakba, the first Palestinian migratory exodus from their territories towards Mount Sinai, created by the Israeli settlers of the time and today, after 75 years, we are back in the presence of the same phenomenon, of a second Nakba, a new migratory exodus and much worse on a humanitarian level than that of 1948. To prevent the current conflict from spreading like wildfire towards other countries of the Arab League and famine, the precarious hygienic-sanitary conditions and the resulting diseases could aggravate an already catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, in light of these elements I ask your country, together with all the BRICS countries in solidarity with the Palestinian cause, to unite to the genocide lawsuit against Israel initiated by South Africa and will soon also be undertaken by Slovenia to request:
1. The immediate removal from power of Netanyahu and the institution of new national elections;
2. A permanent ceasefire and the immediate withdrawal of Israeli soldiers from the illegally occupied territories;
3. Peace between the Israeli Jewish community which will have to take over power in place of the Zionist community and Hamas in Gaza signed by the Israeli Ministries of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and that of Abu Mazen’s Palestinian ANP;
4. Enact economic sanctions on Israel;
5. Institute a military embargo on Israel.
Regarding point 3 I requested, I have an important clarification to make: Netanyahu knows well that according to him the war will be long and will last at least through 2024 and he knows equally well that he will not be able to recover all the Israeli and other hostages held prisoners by Hamas and these will never all be released if the Israelis do not yet demonstrate their intention to release all Palestinian prisoners illegally held in their occupation prisons. Palestinian civilians want an immediate ceasefire, an immediate and lasting peace: a video of a Palestinian man who was inside the Nasser Medical Complex hospital in Khan Younis struck me deep in my soul and told the press from Al Jazeera before losing consciousness: “Don’t give us water or food, we don’t need them, we just want peace for our children and to go back to living a normal life!”
In conclusion, I hope that my considerations have been to your liking and that you can accept my request to have your country also participate shortly in the legal case of genocide against Israel initiated by South Africa: if you declare your solidarity with the Palestinian cause, then it must be demonstrated concretely and presenting oneself to the ICJ in The Hague must not only represent an act of courage, but a dutiful ethical and moral act of solidarity and humanity of a human people, “Le Peuple Humain” I quote a phrase used in these days in solidarity in Gaza by the leader of La France Insoumise Jean Luc Melechon, who should always consider all his fellow men as brothers and sisters, especially the weakest and oppressed, because taking the side of the most supported is always easier for everyone, but siding with the weakest is an empathetic act of heroism.
