Le mobilitazioni contro la guerra, a tutela dell’ambiente, del diritto allo studio e gli scioperi degli ultimi mesi hanno reso quello in corso un inverno di lotta contro le misure del governo Meloni e dei suoi ministri. Questo sommovimento ha visto accendersi e svilupparsi focolai di lotta e di organizzazione all’interno di numerose scuole del paese.
Solo a Roma nel mese di dicembre sono stati undici i licei occupati per chiedere maggiori fondi pubblici per la scuola pubblica, oggi priva di personale e strutture adeguate. Sono migliaia gli studenti e le studentesse che da un capo all’altro del paese si stanno mobilitando affinché la scuola ritorni ad essere un ambito di emancipazione, un luogo in cui oggi potersi confrontare e organizzare contro la collaborazione del governo italiano con quello sionista d’Israele, contro la Nato e contro la strumentalizzazione dei femminicidi come quello di Giulia Cecchettin che Giorgia Meloni, in coppia con Elly Schlein, ha provato a orchestrare.
A questa ondata di ribellione promossa da collettivi e organizzazioni studentesche, il ministro dell’istruzione Valditara ha risposto con una circolare in cui detta la linea che i dirigenti scolastici devono adottare in caso di occupazione delle scuole.
In essa Valditara, seguendo lo schema messo in atto da Salvini che ha precettato i lavoratori per impedirgli di scioperare, decide di promuovere la repressione degli studenti attraverso provvedimenti disciplinari con l’obiettivo di impedirgli di occupare le scuole e di esprimere il dissenso verso politiche antipopolari sia nazionali che internazionali.
Il primo caso di applicazione della circolare è stato quello di Damiano Cassanelli, rappresentante dell’istituto Barozzi di Modena sospeso per dodici giorni per aver rilasciato un’intervista nella quale afferma che gli studenti sono stati definiti terroristi dall’istituto, perquisiti e minacciati. Parole per altro confermate da altri studenti che hanno raccontato che i professori li facevano entrare con le mani in alto per controllare zaini e borse. Un vero e proprio regime da caserma, altro che buona scuola!
Contro i tentativi del governo Meloni di criminalizzare il dissenso, usando la repressione per isolare le organizzazioni studentesche e gli studenti più combattivi, la risposta è quella di organizzarsi in ogni scuola costruendo collettivi dove ancora non ci sono e rafforzando e allargando quelli già esistenti.
La risposta è quella di sviluppare il coordinamento degli studenti organizzati e legare la loro lotta per la scuola pubblica che serve, alla lotta più generale per cacciare il governo Meloni. È questo l’obiettivo che devono darsi gli studenti che vogliono costruire il loro futuro, come è l’obiettivo che devono darsi gli operai che si mobilitano contro la repressione, lo sfruttamento e la sicurezza sul lavoro.
Il calendario è ricco di appuntamenti di cui approfittare per portare in piazza parole d’ordine di organizzazione e lotta, ma anche per far marciare la lotta per un governo di emergenza popolare. Un governo che attui le misure più urgenti indicati dai collettivi e organismi degli studenti e dei giovani delle masse popolari come l’attuazione di serie politiche di salvaguardia dell’ambiente, l’istituzione di una scuola pubblica universale e di qualità e che contrasti ogni azione bellicista e guerrafondai orchestrata dai gruppi imperialisti in giro per il mondo.
Ogni studente o collettivo di studenti può sin da subito promuovere all’interno della propria scuola momenti di discussione sui temi delle prossime mobilitazioni in corso, come quelle previste per la settimana che va dal 19 al 25 febbraio promosse da Osa – Cambiare Rotta in solidarietà al popolo palestinese. Ciascuno può aderire ai momenti di agitazione e controinformazione per contrastare la propaganda di guerra dei media mainstream che verranno organizzate.
Ogni gruppo di studenti può organizzarsi per sostenere la mobilitazione dei lavoratori che aderiranno allo sciopero del Si Cobas il prossimo 23 febbraio contro la guerra in Palestina, partecipando ai picchetti che verranno indetti davanti ai cancelli delle fabbriche o alle manifestazioni locali.
Ogni collettivo o studente può partecipare con un proprio striscione e cartello alla manifestazione nazionale in solidarietà al popolo palestinese di sabato 24 febbraio a Milano.
Ancora, in ogni scuola fin da subito le studentesse devono cominciare ad organizzarsi insieme alle proprie insegnanti mettendosi in contatto con il nodo dell’organizzazione “Non Una di Meno” presente sul proprio territorio per promuovere progetti di formazione e informazione di avvicinamento alle mobilitazioni previste per l’8 marzo. Per discutere di come la scuola debba diventare ambito di emancipazione per studentesse e insegnanti e alimentare costruire tale emancipazione nel fuoco della lotta per cacciare il governo Meloni.
Di seguito rilanciamo l’appello del nuovo Partito comunista italiano rivolto alle studentesse affinché l’8 marzo sia un punto di partenza nella lotta per l’emancipazione delle donne delle masse popolari.

Verso e oltre un 8 Marzo di lotta e riscossa
Studentesse, bruciate la “Buona Scuola” dei padroni!
Che tutte le università e le scuole superiori, medie ed elementari siano focolai di mobilitazione, organizzazione e riscossa per le donne delle masse popolari!
Nella costruzione della mobilitazione del 25 novembre scorso i collettivi studenteschi hanno dimostrato di saper rispedire al mittente le manovre che i partiti della Larghe Intese hanno messo in campo per promuovere un clima di unità nazionale e per far intendere alle donne delle masse popolari che esse avrebbero da spartire più con la Meloni e la Schlein che con la loro classe. Studentesse e studenti hanno capillarmente rigettato i minuti di silenzio nelle scuole di tutto il paese e si sono da subito organizzati per rispedire al mittente anche la direttiva Valditara sull’educazione contro la violenza. Essi sono la forza che può rigettare la riforma Valditara, la sua educazione di classe, oscurantista e repressiva e la “Buona Scuola” dei padroni!
Le studentesse hanno contribuito a rompere le uova nel paniere alla classe dominante e a rivoltarle contro la sua operazione; hanno detto chiaro e tondo che il problema principale per studentesse, donne e tutte le masse popolari sono i governi delle Larghe Intese, le loro istituzioni e il Vaticano. La loro nefasta direzione della società è responsabile dell’oppressione delle donne nel nostro paese e ogni passo che fanno lo rende sempre più evidente; per quanto i vertici della Repubblica Pontificia tentino invece di alimentare la guerra tra donne e uomini delle masse popolari: da un lato promuovendo la violenza, i femminicidi, le discriminazioni e l’oppressione degli uomini sulle donne; dall’altro cercando di indirizzare contro gli uomini della propria classe la rabbia, l’odio e la volontà di riscossa delle donne. È il tentativo di far in modo che l’organizzazione e la mobilitazione delle donne si scaglino contro il dito e non contro la luna. In realtà l’educazione, la formazione e la trasformazione degli uomini (e delle donne!) delle masse popolari per liberarsi dall’oppressione, dalla direzione nefasta della borghesia e del clero e dall’abbrutimento intellettuale e morale, è parte del processo rivoluzionario che le donne innescano prendendo parte e dirigendo la lotta di donne e uomini contro i loro comuni oppressori!
Studentesse, rigettate la scuola dei padroni!
Liberatevi dall’alternanza scuola-lavoro che, quando non ammazza, mercifica e sfrutta. Il caso di alcune ragazze sfruttate a Vicenza tramite l’alternanza scuola-lavoro in un centro estetico per fornire prestazioni sessuali è solo l’ultimo e più estremo dei casi che ordinariamente, in modo più o meno palese, sviliscono e opprimono studentesse e studenti.
Liberatevi dalla direttiva Valditara sull’educazione alle relazioni e al contrasto della violenza sulle donne che nasconde sotto una spruzzatina di rosa l’ennesimo canale aperto al Vaticano all’interno delle scuole e un ulteriore passo verso la repressione di studentesse e studenti. Un’educazione che parla di “mostri” che meritano punizioni, ma alimenta il peso della valutazione della condotta per le bocciature e in realtà mira ancora una volta a intossicare le coscienze delle masse popolari e sgravare dalle loro responsabilità istituzioni, padroni e Vaticano. Un’educazione che fa il paio con il resto della riforma Valditara e attraverso una stretta repressiva dà un più deciso indirizzo di classe alla scuola e alla formazione.
Riprendetevi la scuola!
Studentesse e insegnanti possono rivoltare contro il governo Meloni la direttiva, la riforma Valditara e la “Buona Scuola”!
Sono loro che devono prendere in mano l’educazione e la formazione che serve, tramite programmi e lezioni dal basso, legandoci l’unica alternanza scuola-lavoro che serve alle donne delle masse popolari, quella della lotta di classe. Sono loro che possono imporli dentro le scuole iniziando a praticarli da subito.
Un primo passo è sfruttare la direttiva Valditara rivoltandola contro il governo: usare le ore messe a disposizione dalla direttiva per fare lezioni autorganizzate e progettate dai collettivi studenteschi e da tutte quelle insegnanti che vogliono porre fine all’oppressione di genere. Promuovere assemblee studentesche per elaborare i contenuti, i materiali e i programmi da svolgere, legare le insegnanti che più sono disponibili a sostenere questi progetti e usare i consigli di istituto come organismi realmente decisionali, come ambiti di confronto tra studenti e insegnanti, per imporre le lezioni e l’educazione che serve alle donne delle masse popolari: insomma farli rivivere per quello che dovevano essere.
I consigli degli studenti, dei docenti e di istituto nelle scuole sono tra le conquiste del Sessantotto e dell’Autunno Caldo (1969). Sono il frutto del protagonismo degli studenti, della loro organizzazione e mobilitazione per il cambiamento della scuola e della società. In quegli anni sono stati loro a soffiare sul fuoco che covava sotto la cenere nelle fabbriche, sono stati loro che insieme agli operai hanno aggregato anche gli insegnanti per costruire una scuola che fossero loro a dirigere. Da quelle lotte studenti, operai e insegnanti hanno imposto il riconoscimento ufficiale dei consigli degli studenti, dei docenti e d’istituto. Oggi quegli organismi sono svuotati di potere e significato: vanno riconquistati e fatti lavorare nella pratica!
Non Una Di Meno (NUDM) con i collettivi studenteschi e le insegnanti in alcune città sta già costruendo percorsi simili, producendo materiali utili a svolgere lezioni autorganizzate dentro e fuori dalle scuole in preparazione e oltre l’8 Marzo, per rivoltare contro il governo Meloni la sua direttiva Valditara e sfruttare così le ore messe a disposizione dalla direttiva e quelle previste nella “Buona Scuola” per costruire un’educazione che serve. Le lezioni utili all’emancipazione delle donne dall’oppressione sono quelle che mettono al centro la lotta di classe, che fanno alfabetizzazione storica sulla loro oppressione e sulla loro lotta, sul ruolo di istituzioni borghesi e Vaticano nella loro oppressione e sul ruolo storico che le donne delle masse popolari hanno assunto nel corso della prima ondata mondiale della rivoluzione proletaria, in quello che hanno assunto nella costruzione della rivoluzione socialista.
Questa pratica deve essere replicata ed estesa in tutte le scuole del paese, facendo vivere i consigli degli studenti e quelli di istituto come ambito di confronto tra collettivi e insegnanti, come organismi reali di direzione della scuola, per imporre le lezioni e l’educazione che serve alle donne delle masse popolari.
Rivoltare le mosse della borghesia, un esempio storico
Nel 2009 la Carovana del (n)PCI sperimentò con successo contro le ronde istituite dal decreto legge 23.02.2009 del Governo Berlusconi e caldeggiato dall’allora ministro degli Interni, il leghista Roberto Maroni, il metodo di avvalersi delle mosse della borghesia per rovesciargliele contro. Con il Comunicato dell’11 marzo 2009 il (n)PCI denunciò che “con le ronde di fascisti, ex sbirri e razzisti della Lega Nord, gli apparati repressivi puntano ad arrivare dove le forze regolari della repressione non arrivano e possono scaricare su forze irregolari anche la responsabilità di aggressioni e pestaggi delle forze regolari”. Contro di esse fece appello “alla creazione di ronde proletarie per difendere il territorio dalla borghesia, dal clero, dalle autorità e dalle organizzazioni criminali, per imporre servizi e condizioni civili di vita, per impedire il pattugliamento dei fascisti, dei razzisti della Lega Nord e degli sbirri”. Raccogliendo questo appello il Partito dei CARC nel luglio del 2009 organizzò a Massa una ronda popolare antifascista e antirazzista. Questa iniziativa e gli scontri che ne seguirono con la ronda SSS promossa da un noto fascista locale e spalleggiata da poliziotti e carabinieri indussero il governo Berlusconi a fare dietrofront!
Rivoltare contro i padroni e le loro istituzioni la “Buona Scuola” vuol dire anche legare a queste lezioni progetti di alternanza scuola-lavoro realmente utili e organizzati dal basso! L’alternanza che serve è quella che si costruisce sviluppando il legame tra la scuola e le organizzazioni popolari che si occupano dei quartieri e dei territori, organizzando o rafforzando sportelli contro la violenza, sportelli di formazione ed educazione delle donne delle masse popolari, organizzando “passeggiate” regolari nei quartieri; è quella che fa formazione politica e sindacale alle studentesse e agli studenti tramite il legame con il sindacalismo di base.
Questa è l’unica alternanza scuola-lavoro che studentesse, studenti e insegnanti devono riconoscere e praticare dal basso, che devono contrapporre alla ricetta padronale di morte, degrado e sfruttamento.
Ogni consiglio d’istituto deve essere realmente ambito in cui sviluppare l’organizzazione di progetti formativi, in cui promuovere alternanza scuola-lavoro in accordo con le organizzazioni operaie e popolari della zona!
Fare di ogni scuola un centro di costruzione del nuovo potere delle masse popolari organizzate e d’emancipazione delle donne delle masse popolari!
Organizzarsi in ogni scuola per rendere ingovernabile il paese al governo Meloni e al resto dei vertici della Repubblica Pontificia!

BURN THE GOOD SCHOOL OF VALDITARA, THE ITALIAN EDUCATION MINISTER OF MELONI GOVENMENT
The mobilizations against the war, to protect the environment, the right to education and the strikes of the last few months have made the current winter of struggle against the measures of the Meloni government and its ministers. This upheaval saw hotbeds of struggle and organization ignite and develop within numerous schools in the country.
In Rome alone, in the month of December, eleven high schools were occupied to ask for more public funds for public schools, which today lack adequate staff and structures. There are thousands of students from one end of the country to the other who are mobilizing so that schools return to being an area of emancipation, a place where today they can discuss and organize against the collaboration of the Italian government with the Zionist government of Israel, against NATO and against the exploitation of feminicides like that of Giulia Cecchettin which Giorgia Meloni, paired with Elly Schlein, tried to orchestrate.
To this wave of rebellion promoted by collectives and student organizations, the Minister of Education Valditara responded with a circular in which he dictates the line that school managers must adopt in the event of school occupations.
In it Valditara, following the scheme implemented by Salvini who precluded workers to prevent them from going on strike, decides to promote the repression of students through disciplinary measures with the aim of preventing them from occupying schools and expressing dissent towards anti-popular policies both national and international.
The first case of application of the circular was that of Damiano Cassanelli, representative of the Barozzi institute of Modena, who was suspended for twelve days for having given an interview in which he stated that the students were defined as terrorists by the institute, searched and threatened. Words confirmed by other students who said that the teachers made them enter with their hands in the air to check their backpacks and bags. A real barracks regime, nothing but a good school!
Against the Meloni government’s attempts to criminalize dissent, using repression to isolate student organizations and the most combative students, the response is to organize in every school by building collectives where they do not yet exist and strengthening and expanding those that already exist.
The answer is to develop the coordination of organized students and link their fight for the public school they need to the more general fight to oust the Meloni government. This is the objective that students who want to build their future must set themselves, just as it is the objective that workers who mobilize against repression, exploitation and safety at work must set themselves.
The calendar is full of events to take advantage of to bring slogans of organization and struggle to the streets, but also to get the fight for a popular emergency government underway. A government that implements the most urgent measures indicated by the collectives and organizations of students and young people of the popular masses such as the implementation of serious environmental protection policies, the establishment of a universal and quality public school and that counteracts any action warmongering and warmongering orchestrated by imperialist groups around the world.
Every student or collective of students can immediately promote moments of discussion within their school on the themes of the next ongoing mobilizations, such as those scheduled for the week from 19 to 25 February promoted by Osa – Changing Course in solidarity with Palestinian people. Everyone can join the moments of agitation and counter-information to counter the war propaganda of the mainstream media that will be organized.
Each group of students can organize themselves to support the mobilization of workers who will join the Si Cobas strike on February 23rd against the war in Palestine, participating in the pickets that will be called in front of the factory gates or at local demonstrations.
Each collective or student can participate with their own banner and sign in the national demonstration in solidarity with the Palestinian people on Saturday 24 February in Milan.
Furthermore, in every school the students must immediately begin to organize themselves together with their teachers by getting in touch with the “Non Una di Meno” organization node present in their territory to promote training and information projects aimed at approaching the mobilizations planned for on March 8. To discuss how the school must become a place of emancipation for students and teachers and fuel the construction of this emancipation in the fire of the fight to oust the Meloni government.
Below we relaunch the appeal of the new Italian Communist Party addressed to female students so that March 8th is a starting point in the fight for the emancipation of women of the popular masses.

Towards and beyond a March 8th of struggle and recovery
Students, burn the masters’ “Good School”!
May all universities and high, middle and elementary schools be hotbeds of mobilization, organization and redemption for the women of the popular masses!
In building the mobilization of last November 25th, the student collectives demonstrated that they knew how to send back to the sender the maneuvers that the parties of the Broad Understandings had put in place to promote a climate of national unity and to make the women of the popular masses understand that they would have to share more with Meloni and Schlein than with their class. Students widely rejected the minutes of silence in schools across the country and immediately organized themselves to also send the Valditara directive on education against violence back to the sender. They are the force that can reject the Valditara reform, its class-based, obscurantist and repressive education and the “Good School” of the bosses!
The female students contributed to breaking the ruling class’s eggs in the basket and turning them against its operation; they said clearly that the main problem for students, women and all the popular masses are the governments of the Broad Ententes, their institutions and the Vatican. Their nefarious direction of society is responsible for the oppression of women in our country and every step they take makes it more and more evident; although the leaders of the Papal Republic try instead to fuel the war between women and men of the popular masses: on the one hand by promoting violence, feminicides, discrimination and the oppression of men over women; on the other, trying to direct women’s anger, hatred and desire for redemption against the men of their own class. It is the attempt to ensure that women’s organization and mobilization are aimed at the finger and not at the moon. In reality, the education, training and transformation of men (and women!) of the popular masses to free themselves from oppression, from the nefarious direction of the bourgeoisie and the clergy and from intellectual and moral brutalization, is part of the revolutionary process that women trigger by taking part in and leading the struggle of women and men against their common oppressors!
Students, reject the masters’ school!
Free yourselves from the school-work alternation which, when it doesn’t kill, commodifies and exploits. The case of some girls exploited in Vicenza through school-work alternation in a beauty center to provide sexual services is only the latest and most extreme of the cases that ordinarily, in a more or less obvious way, debase and oppress students.
Free yourselves from the Valditara directive on education in relationships and combating violence against women which hides under a sprinkle of pink yet another channel open to the Vatican within schools and a further step towards the repression of students. An education that speaks of “monsters” who deserve punishment, but fuels the burden of evaluating conduct for failures and in reality aims once again to intoxicate the consciences of the popular masses and relieve institutions, bosses and the Vatican of their responsibilities. An education that goes along with the rest of the Valditara reform and through a repressive crackdown gives a more decisive class direction to school and training.
Take back school!
Students and teachers can turn the directive, the Valditara reform and the “Good School” against the Meloni government!
They are the ones who must take charge of the education and training that is needed, through programs and lessons from below, linking us to the only school-work alternation that is needed by women of the popular masses, that of the class struggle. They are the ones who can impose them in schools by starting to practice them immediately.
A first step is to exploit the Valditara directive by turning it against the government: using the hours made available by the directive to hold self-organised lessons designed by student collectives and all those teachers who want to put an end to gender oppression. Promote student assemblies to develop the contents, materials and programs to be carried out, connect the teachers who are most available to support these projects and use the school councils as truly decision-making bodies, as areas for discussion between students and teachers, to impose the lessons and the education that women of the popular masses need: in short, make them relive what they should have been.
Student, teacher and institute councils in schools are among the achievements of 1968 and the Hot Autumn (1969). They are the fruit of the students’ protagonism, of their organization and mobilization for change in school and society. In those years they were the ones who fanned the fire that was smoldering under the ashes in the factories, they were the ones who, together with the workers, also brought together the teachers to build a school that they would direct. From those struggles, students, workers and teachers imposed the official recognition of the student, teacher and institute councils. Today those organisms are emptied of power and meaning: they must be reconquered and made to work in practice!
Non Una Di Meno (NUDM) with student collectives and teachers in some cities is already building similar paths, producing useful materials for carrying out self-organised lessons inside and outside schools in preparation for and beyond March 8, to revolt against the Meloni government its Valditara directive and thus take advantage of the hours made available by the directive and those provided for in the “Good School” to build a useful education. The useful lessons for the emancipation of women from oppression are those that put the class struggle at the centre, that provide historical literacy on their oppression and their struggle, on the role of bourgeois institutions and the Vatican in their oppression and on the historical role that women of the popular masses assumed during the first world wave of the proletarian revolution, in what they assumed in the construction of the socialist revolution.
This practice must be replicated and extended in all schools in the country, making student councils and school councils live as a forum for discussion between collectives and teachers, as real bodies managing the school, to impose the lessons and education that it serves the women of the popular masses.
Reversing the moves of the bourgeoisie, a historical example
In 2009 the Caravan of the (n)PCI successfully experimented against the patrols established by the decree law of 02.23.2009 of the Berlusconi Government and supported by the then Minister of the Interior, the Northern League member Roberto Maroni, the method of making use of the moves of the bourgeoisie to turn them against them . With the Communiqué of 11 March 2009, the (n)PCI denounced that “with the patrols of fascists, ex-cops and racists of the Northern League, the repressive apparatus aims to arrive where the regular forces of repression do not arrive and can unload on irregular forces also the responsibility for attacks and beatings of regular forces”. This initiative and the clashes that followed with the SSS patrol promoted by a well-known local fascist and backed by police and carabinieri led the Berlusconi government to do an about-face!
Turning the “Good School” against the bosses and their institutions also means linking these lessons to school-work alternation projects that are truly useful and organized from the bottom up! The alternation that is needed is the one that is built by developing the link between the school and the popular organizations that deal with neighborhoods and territories, organizing or strengthening desks against violence, desks for training and education of women of the popular masses, organizing ” regular walks in the neighbourhoods; it is the one that provides political and trade union training to students through the link with grassroots trade unionism.
This is the only school-work alternation that students and teachers must recognize and practice from below, which they must contrast with the master’s recipe of death, degradation and exploitation.
Each school board must truly be an area in which to develop the organization of training projects, in which to promote school-work alternation in agreement with the workers’ and popular organizations in the area!
Make every school a center for building the new power of the organized popular masses and for the emancipation of the women of the popular masses!
Organize in every school to make the country ungovernable for the Meloni government and the rest of the leaders of the Papal Republic!
