Un mese fa mi chiedevo quale Europa fosse il sistema politico-economico-sociale in cui viviamo, impantanati in una profonda crisi tra ricchezza e povertà, tra parassiti speculatori e lavoratori sfruttati, tra chi ha il di più e chi non ha nemmeno il minimo, tra ipocrisia e buona fede in un confronto sempre più serrato con altre culture e popoli. E’ davvero questo il continente più antico, culla della civiltà e perciò più sensibile alle diseguaglianze?
L’Europa da tre quarti di secolo ha smesso di essere al centro degli affari del mondo ed è progressivamente scivolata nel sentiero della sudditanza sempre più marcata verso potenze, estranee all’Unione politica, che per i loro disegni geo-strategici ci impongono direttive contrarie all’interesse dei nostri cittadini con sacrifici da cui esse stesse sono esenti, e anzi traggono vantaggi incalcolabili grazie all’acquiescenza dei sonnambuli morenti di Bruxelles (Von der Leyen, Michel, Metsola, Stoltenberg) che si fingono cavalieri dell’apocalisse.
In questa allegra compagnia l’Italia si traveste da mosca cocchiera; si illude di essere alla guida della carrozza male in arnese, che invece ubbidisce agli ordini che giungono da lontano.
A questo serve la nostra presidenza del G7 di cui Meloni si vanta in ogni occasione, riempiendosi la bocca e illudendo i cittadini, come il protagonista di miseria e nobiltà, che l’Italia conti qualche cosa.
Ci sediamo a quel tavolo tra paesi con il Pil doppio o triplo, del nostro, relegati a un ruolo ancillare e tenuti al guinzaglio per tema di fughe in avanti o pungolati a agire per conto terzi.
Il nostro è un paese povero con un debito che cresce di continuo a ritmo mensile di circa 12 miliardi per complessivi 2.843 miliardi cioè il 141,7% del Pil di cui solo il 13% in mano alle famiglie italiane.
L’Italia non cresce perchè lo Stato non sa fare scelte di investimenti, nn sa iniettare liquidità nelle tasche dei cittadini come dimostrano i continui giochi di prestigio dello spostamento di fondi che non ci sono da una posta di bilancio all’altra, e che ogni anno vara una manovra finanziaria a debito caricato sulle spalle di chi non è ancora nato.
E’ un paese arretrato in tema di infrastrutture e di tutela del territorio, con una sanità svenduta al privato, con una burocrazia di stampo ancor oggi novecentesco, con procedure cavillose create apposta da azzeccagarbugli, e votate alla cieca in un Parlamento vincolato alla fiducia, in modo che anche le più piccole rotelle dell’ingranaggio possano controllare il meccanismo e incepparne il funzionamento.
Tutti hanno assistito alla vergognosa procedura dello spoglio delle schede delle elezioni in Sardegna. In quale paese del G7 alla chiusura delle urne si consente anche alle schede di dormire una notte? In quale paese per scrutinare una scheda, dico una sola scheda con al massimo 4 segni, si impiegano 18 ore vittime della lumachite, con scrutatori che fanno le crocette su fogli volanti? Come mai tutti gli osservatori, i delegati di lista, erano in possesso dei dati già alle 5 del pomeriggio mentre la televisione si lambiccava tra dati forniti con il contagocce. Possibile che i servizi elettorali del Ministero dell’Interno e delle Regioni siano ancora così arretrati da non tenere aggiornato lo spoglio in tempo reale su maxi schermi come avviene in India o in Brasile con il sistema elettronico?
Come faremo, tra poco più di tre mesi, a non essere spernacchiati dai 26 partner dell’Unione nello spoglio delle schede per le elezioni europee che debbono per legge avvenire contestualmente in ogni paese?
E Meloni che, lo ripeto, si vanta di aver la presidenza del G7 come se fosse una conquista e non un’assegnazione obbligatoria a rotazione, se ne va a Kiev a organizzare una riunione del Club dei 7 in video conferenza, disertata da quelli che sono i nostri alleati senza aver esercitato un minimo coordinamento, ed anzi insistendo in uno stillicidio di sgarbi e ripicche con la Francia, che a sole 48 ore di distanza organizza a Parigi un super controvertice in presenza, con 27 capi di Stato e di Governo.
Come se non bastasse Meloni ha pure firmato con l’Ucraina, paese in guerra, un protocollo d’intesa decennale di assistenza militare senza la previa autorizzazione del parlamento.
Ma Meloni è la stessa persona che scorrettamente accusava in Parlamento con toni truci Conte di aver firmato il MES con l’Europa senza avallo parlamentare o è una sosia spudorata? Si rende conto del giudizio riportato dalla stampa estera dopo la sua esibizione da avanspettacolo di fronte ai corrispondenti stranieri in Italia, che non sono affetti da servilismo?

In this cheerful company Italy disguises itself as a coachman; he deludes himself that he is driving the poorly maintained carriage, which instead obeys orders that come from afar.
This is what our presidency of the G7 is for, which Meloni boasts about on every occasion, filling his mouth and deluding the citizens, as the protagonist of poverty and nobility, that Italy counts for something.
We sit at that table between countries with double or triple our GDP, relegated to an ancillary role and kept on a leash for fear of escapes forward or goaded into acting on behalf of third parties.
Ours is a poor country with a debt that continually grows at a monthly rate of around 12 billion for a total of 2,843 billion, i.e. 141.7% of the GDP, of which only 13% is in the hands of Italian families.
Italy does not grow because the State does not know how to make investment choices, it does not know how to inject liquidity into the pockets of citizens as demonstrated by the continuous magic tricks of moving funds that do not exist from one budget item to another, and which every year launches a financial maneuver with debt loaded onto the shoulders of those who have not yet been born.
It is a backward country in terms of infrastructure and protection of the territory, with a healthcare system sold off to the private sector, with a bureaucracy that is still 20th century in nature today, with chicanery procedures created on purpose by clever people, and voted blindly in a Parliament bound by trust, so that even the smallest wheels of the gear can control the mechanism and jam its operation.
Everyone witnessed the shameful procedure of counting the ballots in the elections in Sardinia. In which G7 country do voters even allow voters to sleep for a night when the polls close? In which country to scrutinize a ballot, I mean a single ballot with a maximum of 4 marks, does it take 18 hours, victims of snails, with scrutineers making crosses on loose sheets of paper? Why was it that all the observers, the list delegates, were already in possession of the data at 5 in the afternoon while the television was racking its brains over the data provided in a drop of a drop. Is it possible that the electoral services of the Ministry of the Interior and the Regions are still so backward that they do not keep the counting updated in real time on large screens as happens in India or Brazil with the electronic system?
How will we, in just over three months, not be ridiculed by the Union’s 26 partners in the counting of ballots for the European elections which by law must take place at the same time in each country?
And Meloni who, I repeat, boasts of having the presidency of the G7 as if it were an achievement and not a compulsory rotational assignment, goes to Kiev to organize a meeting of the Club of 7 via video conference, deserted by those who they are our allies without having exercised the slightest coordination, and indeed insisting on a constant stream of rudeness and spite with France, which just 48 hours away is organizing a super counter-summit in Paris with 27 heads of state and government.
As if that wasn’t enough, Meloni also signed a ten-year memorandum of understanding for military assistance with Ukraine, a country at war, without the prior authorization of parliament.
But is Meloni the same person who incorrectly accused Conte in Parliament in harsh tones of having signed the ESM with Europe without parliamentary approval or is he a shameless lookalike? Do you realize the judgment reported by the foreign press after your vaudeville performance in front of foreign correspondents in Italy, who are not affected by servility?
