Buonasera a tutti e a tutte. Il presente articolo è dedicato ad un grandissimo ricercatore autodidatta indipendente romano Stefano Pellegrosi, meglio noto come Stefano Felce e Mirtillo: a mio avviso era un uomo dotato di una vastissima cultura che gli consentiva di spaziare su diversi argomenti della vita umana ed oltre, ma era su determinati argomenti che mostrava tutta la sua ottima preparazione, come: massoneria occulta, esoterismo, elettromagnetismo, geoingegneria clandestina, progetto americano HAARP (High Auroral Active Research Program) per il controllo del clima a distanza e per il controllo mentale degli esseri umani, scie chimiche (chemtrails).
Stefano, da grande persona umana, umile, sensibile e disponibile aveva molto a cuore la protezione della vita delle piante, degli animali e degli ecosistemi della nostra Terra ed aveva ancora molto da dare alla comunità scientifica indipendente, che ha sempre accolto con grande gioia le sue rivoluzionarie idee, il suo carisma e la sua lungimiranza in merito a tutte le battaglie che portò avanti contro l’uso civile e militare delle scie chimiche prodotte dagli aerei civili e militari, scie direttamente connesse con la Geoingegneria clandestina ed il progetto americano del controllo del clima e mentale a distanza HAARP, che ad oggi conta decine di impianti sparsi in tutti i continenti del Mondo (USA, Australia, Galles, Norvegia, Italia) composti da antenne elettromagnetiche che sparano nella ionosfera terrestre, lo strato più esterno della nostra atmosfera posto dai 200 km in su, onde elettromagnetiche in banda EHF (Extreme High Frequency), non ELF (Extreme Low Frequency), come dichiarato dal progetto, contando sull’ignoranza delle persone odierne in merito al primo postulato della Meccanica Quantistica, la legge del fisico teorico e Premio Nobel 1918 Max Ernst Planck: l’energia di un fotone è direttamente proporzionale alla frequenza di una radiazione elettromagnetica ed inversamente proporzionale alla sua lunghezza d’onda, equazione che lega insieme la doppia teoria della natura della radiazione elettromagnetica: la teoria ondulatoria e la teoria corpuscolare. Queste onde elettromagnetiche, emesse verso la ionosfera la prima volta nel 2003 dall’impianto HAARP di 200 antenne nel sito di Gakona in Alaska negli Stati Uniti d’America, emesse in banda EHF hanno la proprietà di avere una fortissima energia e tanto più energia viene somministrata in atmosfera, e tanto più uno strato atmosferico viene riscaldato, innalzandolo di diversi km: questo aspetto fa sì che la ionosfera si innalzi di alcuni km atti a farle assumere la forma di uno “scudo”, il famoso scudo spaziale di cui tanto parlò l’allora Presidente americano George W. Bush, rientrava nella Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) e poi anche nell’ambito del Trattato di Cooperazione Internazionale in merito alla sperimentazione sul Clima Mondiale, ratificato nel 2005 da diversi stati della NATO e quindi anche dall’Italia con il governo di destra di Silvio Berlusconi: lo scudo spaziale è una porzione di ionosfera rigonfiata che serve a difendere gli USA nel caso venissero attaccati dal cielo da una nazione ritenuta ostile, come la Cina o la Corea del Nord, due potenze comuniste, tra le ultime rimaste al Mondo a difendere il blocco orientale come baluardo contro la civiltà dell’Hamburger che ci vorrebbe a tutti i costi uniformati, omologati alla cultura del capitalismo e della globalizzazione sfrenata, eccessiva. Non dimentichiamo che un progetto militare segreto su cui stava lavorando il famoso scienziato serbo di Smilian, Nikola Tesla, il “Leonardo del Novecento”, lo “scienziato che inventò il XX Secolo”, era l’ideazione e la progettazione del “Raggio della Morte”, un impulso elettromagnetico che sarebbe stato in grado di disinserire o mandare in corto circuito qualsiasi tipo di batteria elettrica di un automobile o di qualsiasi altro mezzo a motore, un raggio sul quale Tesla stava conducendo diversi esperimenti di affinamento e perfezionamento agli inizi del Novecento, a cavallo tra il 1902 ed il 1910 dalla Torre Wardencliffe vicino New York negli USA, distrutta e dismessa poi nel 1917.
Alcuni studiosi, tra i quali il sottoscritto, ritengono che le esplosioni sentite a Tunguska, una remota regione dell’Unione Sovietica nel 1908 e che provocarono un vastissimo incendio che abbattè centinaia di migliaia di alberi che compongono la taiga siberiana, il bioma tipico di quella zona, siano dovute molto probabilmente ad un potentissimo impulso elettromagnetico, il raggio della morte appunto, partito per errore dalla Torre Wardenclyffe, mentre Tesla stava effettuando un esperimento per il perfezionamento dello stesso, prima di consegnare il progetto alla US Army ed avere poi il brevetto per l’invenzione, una teoria che sovverte completamente quella che riconduce la causa dell’evento ad un meteorite, ma un cratere di impatto nella zona non è mai stato trovato e questo avvale ancora di più la teoria dell’impulso elettromagnetico che colpì quella remota zona.

Il progetto del raggio della morte venne poi ripreso dallo scienziato italiano Guglielmo Marconi: secondo indiscrezioni giornalistiche, tra il 1935 e il 1937 Marconi, finanziato dal regime fascista di Benito Mussolini, era riuscito a costruire un’arma segreta, che attraverso un raggio misterioso, sarebbe stata in grado di bloccare e distruggere a distanza qualsiasi mezzo a motore, come successe a diverse autovetture lungo la via Aurelia a Roma nel 1935.
Stefano Felce e Mirtillo ha avuto un passato molto burrascoso a causa della sua appartenenza a giovani brillanti comunisti della sinistra extra parlamentare di Roma degli anni ’70: aveva iniziato a lavorare come compositore tipografo e lavorava per la rivista Potere Operaio. Nel 1976 Stefano entra in contatto con un certo Maurizio, che inizia ad affiliarsi ad apparati più estremisti del Partito Comunista Italiano e che era stato messo in galera assieme ad altri compagni, un metodo solitamente usato dai servizi segreti del Ministero degli interni per infiltrare delle spie. Stefano intuì la presenza di tali infiltrati nel partito grazie ai suoi studi di educazioni visive, era un’artista, una persona abituata a capire ciò che osserva, capì la presenza delle scie chimiche senza avere bisogno di recarsi a cercare il tema su internet, se ne accorse con i sui occhi già alla fine degli anni ’90 che le coperture nuvolose avevano molto di “artificiale” e sempre meno di naturale. Stefano denunciò a tre dirigenti del Partito Comunista Italiano che questo Maurizio potesse trattarsi di un uomo infiltrato dei servizi segreti italiani, due di questi tre dirigenti erano del Ministero degli Interni, lavoravano per i servizi segreti: quello che non sapeva Stefano è che questo “Maurizio”, che il vero nome era Mario Moretti, assieme ad un certo Valerio Morucci, avrebbe ucciso il famoso leader della Democrazia Cristiana Aldo Moro con il finto sequestro a via Fani, quindi se avesse immaginato che questo signore fosse indirizzato a dare un operazione del genere, Stefano si sarebbe fatto i fatti suoi, nel senso che avrebbe capito che avesse rischiato la sua incolumità: la sua dichiarazione a questi dirigenti gli valsero 15 anni di OCP (Osservazione, Controllo e Pedinamento), quest’attività lo logorò, futono anni da incubo quelli vissuti da Stefano, dove la sua esistenza venne minacciata da minacce, gabbie, attività di spionaggio: egli ricorda che suo figlio trovò nel telefono della loro casa a Via Giulia, un apparecchio con due cavi ed il figlio lo portò alla RER (Radio Elettrica Romana) ed il commesso gli chiese: “Ma questo marchingegno dove lo hai trovato, a Buckingham Palace?” aggeggi che era già difficile trovare in commercio negli anni ’80, quelle che erano atività di privati che avrebbero voluto svolgere attività di spionaggio. Dopo quegli anni Stefano ebbe una serie di grandissimi problemi, oltre alle infiltrazioni nella sua vita privata, di quelle che lui chiamava “barbe finte”, cioè delle persone che vogliono nascondere qualcosa ad altre persone e si capisce dalle cose che queste persone non dicono, quindi avere spesso contatti con persone del meccanismo, per quanto queste persone dicano di essere pentite delle loro invadenti attività, queste persone, i “debunkers”, cioè i disinformatori seriali, i mistificatori si possono comprendere da alcune questioni che mistificano, stravolgendo completamente la realtà che si vede di fronte ai propri occhi. Un aiuto per Stefano arrivò negli anni ’80 da una realtà infra dimensionale o ultra dimensionale, lui non era certo da quale range di frequenze gli comunicasse, gli disse di chiamarsi Arno e, grazie agli stimoli ed ai messaggi telepatici di questo amico astrale, inizierà ad approfondire temi molto complessi, come esopolitica, religioni antiche, misticismo, civiltà antiche, contattismo, esoterismo, occultismo, società segrete, numerologia, astrologia ed arti divinatorie: la grande capacità di Stefano era quella di avere una preparazione approfondita di una grande moltitudine di informazioni, tant’è che una delle accuse che lui avanzava ai metodi di istruzione della società contemporanea è proprio quella di “parcellizzare il sapere”, persone che conoscono una parte del sapere, però poi non hanno una visione d’insieme che permetta loro di comprendere il totale.
Nel Marzo del 2017, Stefano ebbe due attacchi di ictus cerebrale consecutivi che lo portarono in cura presso una clinica privata di Roma e da lì in poi non si è saputo più niente di lui, se non la notizia della sua morte.
