Scende in campo il Dott. Alessio Brancaccio prendendo una secca posizione in merito all’assurda decisione del Comune di Vasto di concetto con la Pulchra SpA, la società consociata del Comune che gestisce e male il verde pubblico dal 2016, in merito all’adozione da anni dei sacchi di plastica per raccogliere la plastica stessa e metalli, una soluzione che non è affatto ecosostenibile in quanto accumula nell’ambiente altra plastica più di quella che già la nostra civiltà occidentale del consumo capitalistico e globalizzato produce già di proprio, pertanto richiede l’abolizione del sacco di plastica e l’introduzione di un quinto cestino che serve anche ad evitare che il sacco dei rifiuti di plastica, posti all’esterno delle poprie abitazioni ogni sabato sera, possano continuare a fungere da attrattori per i cinghiali ibridi della zona, che da alcuni anni sono venuti a piazzare le proprie radici nelle nostre campagne che sono in totale stato di incuria ed abbandono a causa di un’amministrazione comunale del sindaco Francesco Menna che andrebbe sciolta subito per manifesta incapacità amministrativa nella gestione del verde pubblico e molto prima del suo mandato nel 2026: il sindaco Menna è sempre abile a scaricare la colpa agli altri senza mai ammettere la proprie responsabilità in merito alla sua assente capacità gestionale e menefreghismi che continua a mostrare verso un argomento quello delle campagne che invece ad Alessio sta molto a cuore, dal momento che è uno sportivo e le ha sempre girate molto più degli amministratori locali, dapprima ad Avezzano per 21 anni dal 2000 al 2021 e poi a Vasto da tre anni. All’attuale amministrazione Menna non interessa affatto adottare politiche concrete per la riduzione dei rifiuti in plastica in città e dei rifiuti solidi urbani anche il grado di inciviltà molto alto della sua cittadinanza fa il resto, abbandonandoli nelle campagne sempre più sporche ed abbandonate, per questo motivo ai lati delle strade, da via Donizetti tra Vasto e Vasto Marina, l’abbandonata pista ciclabile del torrente Lebba ed anche lungo la pista ciclabile tra Vasto Marina e San Salvo Marina: ai lati dei percorsi di queste strade ed infrastrutture stanno continuando a crescere piante graminacee spontanee che la Pulchra SpA non provvede assolutamente a tagliare da mesi, pertanto per Alessio la città è in uno stato di totale incuria ed abbandono e che non merita, a prescindere da come si comportano residenti e turisti nei riguardi della città, considerando si tratta di una meta turistica passata dal turismo di nicchia al turismo di massa in pochi anni ed in cui non vivono soltanto residenti nel periodo estivo tra Giugno e Agosto, ma turisti che portano soldi all’indotto economico della città stessa.
Alessio, da residente a Vasto da poco più di tre anni in tempi molto brutti per il genere umano, chiede l’abolizione dell’uso del sacco di plastica per contenere altri rifiuti in plastica e metalli e sostituirlo con un altro cestino con altro colore assegnato rispetto ai quattro che qui a Vasto si utilizzano già per raccogliere frazione organica (secchio marrone scuro), carta (secchio giallo), vetro (secchio verde scuro) e secco residuo (secchio grigio), esattamente come avveniva ad Avezzano nella Marsica, città da cui proviene che ha sempre duramente attaccato per la gestione del verde pubblico, ma in merito al grado di riciclo dei rifiuti da comune riciclone e vincitore più volte delle Cartoniadi, è arrivato a riciclare i rifiuti al 73%, percentuale alla quale Vasto non è ancora, quindi da questo punto di vista per lui Avezzano, una città dell’entroterra marsicano, pur essendo popolata da incivili quasi quanto Vasto, sul settore del riciclo dei rifiuti, continua a fare addirittura scuola al comune marittimo sul Mare Adriatico.
Alessio auspica che questi due anni passino in fretta e che si possa tornare sotto un sindaco di centro destra che abbia maggiormente a cuore la cura delle proprie campagne ed in questa sede ricorda a tutti i cittadini vastesi, evidentemente poco educati, sensibilizzati in merito alla gestione dei rifiuti urbani in città, di chiudere bene tutti i cestelli quando si portano all’uscita delle proprie abitazioni tirando giù il manico verso di sè in basso, perché se si tengono con il manico dritto all’insù o addirittura con il manico tenuto all’indietro, restano aperti e diventano cibo facile per cinghiali, poi ci si lamenta di incidenti con le auto con i cinghiali alle redazioni giornalistiche locali come Vastoweb o Zonalocale se essi scorrazzano liberamente in città, se trovano il mangiare facilmente disponibile o qualche pazzo locale dà loro da mangiare, per forza che ce li ritroviamo in città: se i cinghiali trovano facilmente cibo ci piazzano le radici in un posto e non se ne vanno più, per cui togliamo loro il cibo e saranno costretti a tornare nelle aree protette, perché il posto degli animali selvatici è lì, non in città in mezzo agli esseri umani!
Scusate ma queste sono battaglie di civiltà che prima di Alessio portava sempre avanti il nonno materno di Alessio, Carmine Palermo, che era una grande persona dall’altissimo senso civico, sembrava ogni volta un gran rompitore di palle agli amministratori locali, ma rivestiva questo ruolo ogni volta che vedeva sporca la propria via di casa Corso Vittorio Emanuele III con foglie di ogni genere e la piazzetta vicino casa sua, Piazza Sant’Egidio, lo faceva per vedere sempre pulito il proprio paese in cui ha sempre vissuto, Scurcola Marsicana, un paese longobardo di 1700 abitanti in provincia di L’Aquila, a 9 km da Avezzano.

Alessio, as a resident of Vasto for just over three years in very bad times for the human race, calls for the abolition of the use of the plastic bag to contain other plastic and metal waste and to replace it with another bin with a different color assigned compared to the four that are already used here in Vasto to collect organic fraction (dark brown bucket), paper (yellow bucket), glass (dark green bucket) and residual dry matter (grey bucket), exactly as happened in Avezzano nella Marsica, a city from which he comes and has always harshly attacked the management of public green areas, but regarding the degree of waste recycling, as a common recycler and winner of the Cartoniadi several times, he has managed to recycle waste at 73%, a percentage at which Vasto is not yet , so from this point of view for him Avezzano, a city in the Marsican hinterland, despite being populated by almost as uncivilized as Vasto, in the waste recycling sector, continues to even teach the maritime municipality on the Adriatic Sea.
Alessio hopes that these two years will pass quickly and that we can return to a centre-right mayor who cares more about the care of his own countryside and here he reminds all the citizens of Vasto, evidently poorly educated, who are sensitized about the management of municipal waste in the city, to close all the baskets well when you take them out of your homes by pulling the handle down towards you, because if you hold them with the handle straight upwards or even with the handle held upwards back, they remain open and become easy food for wild boars, then people complain about car accidents with wild boars to local newspapers like Vastoweb or Zonalocale if they roam freely in the city, if they find food easily available or some crazy local gives them to eat, of course we find them in the city: if the wild boars find food easily, they plant their roots in a place and never leave, so we take away their food and they will be forced to return to the protected areas, because the place of wild animals is there, not in the city among human beings!
