L’ondata di caldo anomalo che in questi giorni ha interessato il Brasile ha fatto registrare a Rio de Janeiro una temperatura percepita di 62.3°C, il livello più alto mai registrato dal 2014. “Un caldo così non l’avevo mai sentito, anche se sono 5 anni che sto qui”, ha raccontato a Fanpage.it Sara, 31enne italiana che dal 2019 vive e lavora nella metropoli brasiliana.
Un’ondata di caldo anomalo nei giorni scorsi ha interessato il Brasile facendo registrare una temperatura percepita di 62.3°C a Rio de Janeiro, mentre minacciava pioggia nel sud del Paese. Si tratta del livello più alto mai registrato nella metropoli dal 2014, quando sono iniziate le misurazioni da parte del sistema Alerta Rio.
“Un caldo così non l’avevo mai sentito, anche se sono 10 anni che conosco Rio e 5 che ci vivo. Già a novembre aveva fatto un caldo pazzesco, quando sono stati registrati 60 gradi, su per giù siamo lì in questi giorni, ma quando l’ho letto mi sono detta: ‘O mio Dio’, perché mi ha fatto impressione”, ha raccontato Sara, 31 anni, italiana trasferitasi in pianta stabile a Rio de Janeiro dal 2019.
“L’estate qui è sempre molto calda, ma in questi giorni si sente che c’è qualcosa di più, anche se è vero che non siamo passati subito dal fresco al caldo e il corpo un po’ ha avuto il tempo per abituarsi – spiega la 31enne – In più, ormai praticamente tutti i brasiliani hanno l’aria condizionata. A casa bisogna tenerla al minimo da mattina a sera perché non si riesce stare senza. Eppure, sia novembre che in questi giorni, nonostante io tenga l’aria condizionata davvero a palla, sento proprio che l’ambiente rimane caldo e continui a sudare, non si riesce a stare bene nemmeno con i mezzi che dovrebbero aiutare”.
Ieri, domenica 17 marzo, con una temperatura massima reale di 42°C, la temperatura percepita è salita ai massimi livelli anche nella zona residenziale del Giardino Botanico, a sud di Rio, privilegiata dalla sua numerosa vegetazione e dove sono stati registrati i 57.7°C percepiti. Emblematiche le spiagge di Ipanema e Copacabana che sono state prese d’assalto. “Quando fa così caldo le persone tendono ad andare in spiaggia perché preferiscono stare in acqua. Ieri ci sono stata ed era davvero piena, piena di gente. Perché in casa a volte fa più caldo, si sente molto la cappa di calore”, racconta Sara.
“È un caldo che ti cuoce, come se fossi in un forno, e hai la sensazione di essere sempre stanco. Anche il mio bimbo, che ha 2 anni, s’innervosisce perché, poverino, gioca, si muove e sente caldo. Una cosa positiva però è che la temperature un poco la sera si abbassa, io la percepisco così, cosa che invece non sentivo a novembre, quando il caldo era costante”.
Come dice ancora Sara, le autorità fanno presente e danno i soliti consigli: non andare fuori nelle ore di punta, bere molto, evitare l’esposizione prolungata al sole. La 31enne, che lavora in un’agenzia di viaggi, sottolinea anche la grande differenza nell’affrontare queste temperature tra chi vive in Brasile, abituato al grande caldo, e chi viene dall’estero.
“Lavoro nel settore del turismo, ho clienti europei e americani, e noto che soffrono molto. I clienti italiani mi dicono: ‘Come fai? È infattibile!‘. Anche i miei genitori, quando sono venuti a trovarmi, si sono sentiti male. Invece, i carioca (gli abitanti di Rio, ndr) con questo caldo fanno esercizio fisico e vanno a correre anche con queste temperature. Io mi sento male solo a guardarli, non so come facciano!”.
“Il tempo ormai è un po’ tutto strano – conclude Sara – perché anni fa ricordo che a gennaio e febbraio faceva tanto caldo, ma fino a dicembre si stava bene con la maglietta. Quest’anno invece a novembre ha fatto un caldo mai visto, nei mesi successivi invece ha fatto tanta pioggia e c’era fresco, e ora di nuovo questo caldo. È stata proprio un’estate strana. Ma un po’ dappertutto ormai il tempo è pazzo, io sono rientrata in Italia ai primi di agosto ed ero con la felpa”.

“I’ve never felt heat like this, even though I’ve known Rio for 10 years and lived there for 5. Yesterday, Sunday 17 March, with a real maximum temperature of 42°C, the perceived temperature also rose to the highest levels in the residential area of the Botanical Garden, south of Rio, favored by its numerous vegetation and where 57.7° were recorded C perceived. Quest’anno il caldo “anomalo” sarà record ovunque nel Mondo a causa sia delle attività umane legate allo sfruttamento eccessivo di gas e carbone ed al disboscamento incontrollato in Amazzonia, Siberia e California, il tutto al 60% ma per un buon 40% è dovuto anche alla minima attività solare con l’ingresso della fase de La Nina da Aprile prossimo in poi fino a Giugno, dopo la fase invernale di El Nino di ENSO, oscillazione climatica sull’Oceano Pacifico che dura in media dai 2 ai 7 anni e che si riflette su scala mondiale, un’oscillazione generata dalla diminuzione dell’attività solare con conseguente aumento della radiazione cosmica proveniente dalla nostra stella, scoperta per la prima volta da Nikola Tesla nel 1902, per cui quest’anno che ci sarà il minimo di attività solare e massima produzione di raggi cosmici che non vengono tutti schermati dalla magnetosfera e dallo strato di ozono terrestre assottigliato da decenni e decenni di uso indiscriminato dei CloroFluoroCarburi (CFC) poi banditi a livello internazionale solo quando si accorsero che causò danni allo strato di O3 in stratosfera (10-50 km di quota), assottigliandolo e permettendo così l’ingresso di raggi cosmici ed UV. I raggi cosmici scoperti da Tesla nei primi del Novecento hanno la particolarità di cambiare le proprietà chimiche della nostra atmosfera dove normalmente è contenuto il carbonio 12 nella sua forma base, ma i raggi cosmici lo trasformano in carbonio 14 che è l’isotopo radioattivo del carbonio o radiocarbonio che si comporta al pari dell’azoto elementare N2 avendo lo stesso numero atomico, un gas inerte principale costituente della nostra atmosfera dove è contenuto al 78%: i raggi cosmici altamente energetici portano ad un aumento considerevole di energia e di calore negli strati alti della nostra atmosfera e questo riscaldamento si trasferisce anche negli strati sottostanti, secondo il modello fisico atmosferico Dual Layer, ma i raggi cosmici causano un altro fenomeno non molto considerato ma in realtà importantissimo per la salute delle persone, infatti causa un aumento delle distorsioni della vista (miopie ed astigmatismi) già da giovane età, al punto che si vedono in giro sempre più ragazzi e ragazze in età precoce che indossano gli occhiali da vista, oltre agli adulti, fenomeno che procede di pari passo con l’aumento delle ore passate davanti agli schermi dei monitor dei personal computers.
A tutto questo si deve aggiungere sia l’aumento dell’evaporazione dell’acqua dagli oceani che allo stato gassoso di vapore acqueo costituisce il principale Gas Serra, molto più di metano e anidride carbonica, dal momento che quest’ultima è a 425 ppm, per cui non è una concentrazione dannosa atta ad impensierire nessuna forma di vita sulla Terra: a tal proposito l’Intergovernmental Panel Climate Change in USA dice solo una massa di puttanate senza alcun senso, che non stanno né in Cielo né in Terra e che io stesso posso smontare loro punto dopo punto in qualunque momento, dato che questi pseudoscienziati non conoscono la Fisica delle Relazioni tra il Sole e la Terra a livello macrocosmico astronomico, mentre secondo uno studio di scienziati dell’Università del New Mexico del 2012, nell’Era Geologica dell’Ordoviciano o Fanerozoico 500 milioni di anni fà, la concentrazione di CO2 in atmosfera era 10 volte quella attuale (4000 ppm), associata a maggiore attività vulcanica in quel periodo ed in presenza di un’atmosfera riducente di idrogeno H2 e metano CH4, non ossidante ad azoto N2 ed ossigeno O2 come oggi. Il clima mondiale lo stanno modificando sia gli americani stessi con il progetto HAARP che i russi con il progetto Taurus Molecular Cloud TMC-65 ed anche l’uso indiscriminato delle tecniche di Solar Radiation Management (SRM) legate alla Geoingegneria solare ed anche tutte le bombe al fosforo che hanno sparato i russi in Ucraina contro gli ucraini e gli israeliani sulla Striscia di Gaza contro i palestinesi, ma anche gli ucraini che sparano contro i russi tutta robaccia di derivazione sovietica che non è mai stata a norma, come i proiettili contenenti bario, boro, alluminio (un metallo pesante), torio radioattivo che stanno sparando in Ucraina a 2000 km in linea d’aria da me e dall’intera costa adriatica, sicuramente toccheremo caldo record almeno a 48-50°C ovunque nell’emisfero boreale nell’estate in arrivo, dopo quello australe, per cui bisogna prepararsi e cercare di uscirne vivi per il quinto anno consecutivo, perché mi sono accorto che gli anticicloni africani provenienti da Sud- Ovest, hanno cominciato a farsi sentire più intensamente per la prima volta tra la fine di Giugno e gli inizi di Luglio 2019 in poi.
Sul clima che cambia per causa sia antropica che solare facessero parlare gli esperti universitari come me che conoscono bene il meccanismo del feedback del vapor d’acqua e che non si allineano alla narrazione unica dominante che ha molto di Dogma e molto poco di Scienza, esattamente come tutto quello che è stato detto sul COVID19, non i gesuiti cattolici o massoni rotariani ciarlatani venditori ambulanti di patatine e pop-corn come il Prof. Guido Visconti che è un bene sia andato a fare in culo in pensione anche per quello che mi ha fatto quel disgraziato maledetto il giorno della discussione della mia tesi sulla “Geoingegneria, nuovi metodi artificiali per contrastare il Riscaldamento Globale”, davanti la Commissione di Scienze Ambientali dell’Università degli Studi di L’Aquila a Coppito, il giorno 26 Ottobre 2012!!! 😂

University experts like me who know the water vapor feedback mechanism well and who do not align themselves with the single dominant narrative which has a lot of Dogma and more little of Science, exactly like everything that has been said about COVID19, not the Catholic Jesuits or Rotarians Freemasons, charlatans, street vendors of chips and popcorn like Prof. Guido Visconti who is a good thing he went to hell in retirement also for what that guy did to me damned wretch on the day of the defense of my thesis on “Geoengineering, new artificial methods for counteract Global Warming”, before the Environmental Sciences Commission of the University of L’Aquila in Coppito, on 26 October 2012!!! 😂

Mettere in orbita una sorta di ombrello che ripari la Terra dalle radiazioni solari, e quindi la raffreddi, presenta al momento più rischi che vantaggi. “È noto che potrebbe avere un impatto sulla biodiversità, sugli oceani e sullo strato di ozono atmosferico“, ha dichiarato al Financial Times Inger Andersen, direttore esecutivo dell’UNE, il programma ambientale delle Nazioni Unite. Il tema, assai controverso, della geoingegneria climatica (opere che potrebbero ridurre il riscaldamento a livello globale) è tornato d’attualità nelle settimane scorse. La prima mossa l’aveva fatta il governo svizzero, sostenuto dal Principato di Monaco, dal Senegal, dalla Guinea e dalla Georgia: in vista di una specifica conferenza Onu sul tema a Nairobi, Berna aveva chiesto creare il primo gruppo internazionale di esperti per “esaminare i rischi e le opportunità della gestione della radiazione solare (Srm)”, una serie di tecnologie in gran parte mai sperimentate prima, volte a oscurare il Sole. Il comitato sarebbe stato composto da esperti nominati dagli Stati membri del programma ambientale dell’Unep e da rappresentanti di organismi scientifici internazionali.
Le tecnologie in discussione mirano a ridurre la quantità di luce solare che raggiunge la superficie del Pianeta. Un risultato che potrebbe essere ottenuto, per esempio, pompando aerosol nell’alta atmosfera, oppure rendendo più bianche, e dunque più riflettenti, le nuvole. Chi sostiene queste opzioni, le ritiene un modo relativamente economico e veloce per contrastare il caldo estremo. Sul fronte opposto, chi dice che ridurrebbero solo temporaneamente l’impatto dell’aumento delle emissioni, senza affrontarne le cause profonde. Tanto che nel 2022 una lettera aperta firmata da più di 400 scienziati chiedeva un “accordo internazionale di non utilizzo” della geoingegneria solare. Vi si affermava inoltre che gli organismi delle Nazioni Unite, compreso l’UNEP, “sono incapaci di garantire un controllo multilaterale equo ed efficace delle tecnologie di geoingegneria solare su scala planetaria”.
E in effetti nella conferenza di Nairobi, svoltasi a fine febbraio, non si è trovato l’accordo su come le Nazioni Unite dovrebbero regolare le controverse tecniche di gestione della radiazione solare. La proposta svizzera non è passata per l’opposizione di un gruppo di Paesi africani che temono che possa legittimare metodi di cui non si conoscono le conseguenze nel medio-lungo periodo. Nazioni come il Kenya sostengono che qualsiasi accordo dovrebbe includere un un patto per non utilizzare le tecnologie in esame. Ma senza l’intesa resta in vigore lo status quo. La gestione della radiazione solare è attualmente legale nella maggior parte dei Paesi. Ma esiste di fatto una moratoria globale sulla geoingegneria – che include l’Srm – dal 2010, quando è stata concordata dai governi nell’ambito della Convenzione sulla diversità biologica, con eccezioni per studi di ricerca scientifica su piccola scala. Per esempio la start-up Make Sunsets ha inviato palloncini di zolfo in cielo negli Stati Uniti e in Messico dalla fine del 2022. E il governo britannico ha recentemente annunciato un programma di ricerca quinquennale sulla realizzazione di “analisi rischio-rischio” delle tecniche SRM (Solar Radiation Management).

The use of climate Geoengineering divides countries. Putting up a sort of umbrella that protects us from solar radiation by lowering global temperatures has many detractors. Pasini: “The global water cycle is being put at risk with very serious consequences.”
Putting a sort of umbrella into orbit that shields the Earth from solar radiation, and therefore cools it, currently presents more risks than advantages. “It is known that it could have an impact on biodiversity, oceans and the atmospheric ozone layer,” Inger Andersen, executive director of UNE, the UN environment programme, told the Financial Times. The highly controversial topic of climate geoengineering (works that could reduce global warming) has become topical again in recent weeks. The first move was made by the Swiss government, supported by the Principality of Monaco, Senegal, Guinea and Georgia: in view of a specific UN conference on the topic in Nairobi, Bern had asked for the creation of the first international group of experts to ” examine the risks and opportunities of solar radiation management (SRM), a largely never-before-tried set of technologies aimed at blotting out the Sun. The committee would be made up of experts appointed by member states of the UNEP environmental programme. and by representatives of international scientific bodies.
The technologies under discussion aim to reduce the amount of sunlight reaching the planet’s surface. A result that could be obtained, for example, by pumping aerosols into the upper atmosphere, or by making clouds whiter, and therefore more reflective. Those who support these options believe they are a relatively cheap and quick way to combat extreme heat. On the other side, there are those who say that they would only temporarily reduce the impact of the increase in emissions, without addressing the root causes. So much so that in 2022 an open letter signed by more than 400 scientists called for an “international non-use agreement” on solar geoengineering. It also stated that United Nations bodies, including UNEP, “are incapable of ensuring fair and effective multilateral control of solar geoengineering technologies on a planetary scale.”
And in fact, at the Nairobi conference, held at the end of February, there was no agreement on how the United Nations should regulate the controversial techniques for managing solar radiation. The Swiss proposal did not pass through the opposition of a group of African countries who fear that it could legitimize methods whose consequences in the medium to long term are unknown. Nations such as Kenya argue that any agreement should include a pact not to use the technologies under consideration. But without the agreement the status quo remains in force. Solar radiation management is currently legal in most countries. But there has been a de facto global moratorium on geoengineering – which includes SRM – since 2010, when it was agreed by governments under the Convention on Biological Diversity, with exceptions for small-scale scientific research studies. For example, start-up Make Sunsets has been sending sulfur balloons into the sky in the US and Mexico since late 2022. And the UK government recently announced a five-year research program into carrying out “risk-to-risk analyses” of SRM techniques (Solar Radiation Management).
