Buonanotte a tutti e a tutte, in questo articolo parlerò di un tema a me personalmente molto caro, perché ritengo metta in serio pericolo la salute sia delle persone normali che di quelle allergiche e fragili all’inquinamento atmosferico legato alla presenza di nanoparticolato atmosferico PM2.5 nell’aria, il cosiddetto particolato fine, prodotto sia da fonti di combustione artificiale come i riscaldamenti a gasolio e a pellet, per le persone sono i più economici del gas metano, ma di gran lunga più inquinanti nelle città ed un’altra fonte di inquinamento da nanoparticolato atmosferico è rappresentata senza dubbio dai gas di scarico incombusti dalle automobili diesel che in città girano troppo, per questo alcune amministrazioni comunali nel Nord Italia, più civili e sensibili alla tematica, stanno sempre più adottando misure che migliorino i servizi dei trasporti pubblici e disincentivino l’utilizzo dell’auto privata, come le tanto discusse Città 30, adottate in Italia già dalle amministrazioni comunali di Olbia in Sardegna e Bologna in Emilia Romagna, ma un altro fenomeno che sta prendendo sempre più piede nelle città del Sud Italia sta contribuendo pericolosamente all’aumento della concentrazione di nanoparticolato atmosferico nelle nostre campagne prospicienti alle città: i roghi agricoli dolosi, fenomeno che si è rinvenuto per la prima volta ad Ischia in Campania e che si sta diffondendo a macchia d’olio in diverse altri centri urbani del Sud Italia, tra i quali Vasto in Abruzzo dove vivo, pertanto tale tematica richiede di essere affrontata seriamente, con tutto il rigore di un tecnico ambientale che mi contraddistingue da sempre, perché su temi come questi non ci si deve mai permettere di minimizzarli, specialmente quando tendono a mettere in pericolo la salute di un’intera comunità locale, l’atteggiamento adottato dal “sindaco locale assente” Francesco Menna, impegnato a svolgere il suo ruolo di Presidente della Provincia di Chieti a Corso Marrucino, dimenticandosi completamente di affrontare i fenomeni legati probabilmente all’ecomafia o a segnali di fumo atti usati dalla comunità ROM locale ed atti a comunicarsi qualcosa tra di loro, una nuova forma di comunicazione che sta sempre più prendendo piede in città e dove purtroppo sono costretto ancora a vivere ancora per altri anni con la mia famiglia, pertanto non sono nella condizione assolutamente di poter chiudere un occhio e far finta di niente, come fanno qui tutti gli altri residenti omertosi e complici, ed io penso che in piena pandemia la comunità vastese sia di gran lunga peggio di quella avezzanese di Avezzano (AQ) nella Marsica, lì c’erano i camorristi di destra, mentre qui c’è qualche altra forma di mafia come quella pugliese, la Sacra Corona Unita, ma questa è un’altra storia!
Io credo che il sindaco Menna sappia fin troppo bene che nella sua città avvengono questi crimini contro l’ambiente e la salute dei suoi cittadini, in una città che non posso definire mia solo perché ci risiedo, io sono romano e dovunque andrò io sarò un soldato di Roma, soltanto Roma per me è la mia madrepatria, tutte le altre città d’Italia e del Mondo no facciamo ad intenderci da subito. Precisato bene questo, io non vorrei mettermi a fare il Giancarlo Siani della situzione, ma visto il peggioramento costante della qualità dell’aria in città, specialmente quando il clima locale è più umido e non piove per giorni o mesi, è il caso di parlare in questa sede del fenomeno legato ai roghi agricoli, dove certi personaggi locali, credo si possa trattare di residenti di origini foggiane pugliesi che hanno abitudini animalesche foggiane, hanno la tendenza a bruciare un pò troppo spesso le stoppie agricole e fin qui voi direste che tutto è nella norma, il problema però è che il fumo emesso non è marrone o nero, è di colore blu e ritengo quindi che sotto le stoppie si bruci qualche altro materiale, come rifiuti pericolosi e plastica che ricordo ai lettori di questo articolo che emettono diossine nell’aria, materiale a mio avviso mescolato con il legno in eccesso bruciato nei campi nelle campagne delle contrade Lebba, Maddalena, San Lorenzo e Luci. Mi trovo costretto a scrivere questo articolo perché questi fenomeni avvengono con una certa frequenza e regolarità, sono molto ben visibili da casa mia e la cosa peggiore della questione è che nessun organo competente intervenga effettuando maggiori controlli per scongiurare la degenerazione di un problema che sta prendendo sempre più piede: in diversi punti della città ad orari regolari, o dopo pranzo tra le ore 13 e le 15, ma anche in fascia oraria serale, tra le ore 17 e le 19, vengono appiccati incendi agricoli dolosi controllati per pochi minuti, non scappano di mano e non richiedono l’intervento dei Vigili del Fuoco, però comunque qui sembra di essere in mezzo alle tribù indiane dei Sioux e dei Ceyenne durante il periodo del colonialismo inglese in America del Nord, spesso oltre ai roghi agricoli vengono sparati anche dei fuochi artificiali, come se questi assurdi personaggi locali comunicassero qualcosa tra loro, ma non si sa ancora bene che cosa, è forse è meglio non saperlo, però resta il fatto che non è facile per brave persone vivere in mezzo ad una popolazione che ignora completamente la tutela ambientale attraverso l’importanza della salubrità dell’aria e la salvaguardia della salute umana. Io personalmente ho già inviato diverse mail PEC ai Carabinieri Forestali della stazione locale di Vasto, ma le mie segnalazioni non sono mai state prese sul serio, pertanto non mi resta che contattare Striscia la Notizia: forse soltanto in questo modo elevando il caso a livello nazionale, forse si riuscirà a sbloccare qualcosa, a non permettere più questa libera anarchia generale che vige specialmente da quando vivo qui da due anni e mezzo a questa parte in piena pandemia, dove il mio stato di salute organico è decisamente peggiorato per colpa di inquinamento da nanoparticolato atmosferico PM2.5 vigente in particolari condizioni climatiche locali, maggiormente d’estate con la temperatura anomalmente più alta ed in condizioni di maggiore umidità relativa superiore al 60%, obbligandomi a passare molto più tempo in casa rispetto a quando vivevo ad Avezzano e non soltanto per il COVID19 che gira ancora tra noi.
Di seguito inserisco tutti i video che sto girando in questi mesi atti a documentare questo fenomeno dei roghi agricoli, che ho letto insiste da diversi anni anche sul territorio di Ischia, nella vicina regione della Campania:
Certo di una tempestiva risoluzione del problema a modo mio, perché se sto ad aspettare i Carabinieri Forestali della stazione locale vastese, o il Comune di Vasto, faccio a tempo prima ad avere problemi respiratori che mi potranno portare ad avere l’asma bronchiale o crisi respiratorie più o meno gravi, dedico questo articolo a tutti quelli che nonostante il periodo pandemico, hanno ancora conservato come me e mio padre un minimo di logica, buon senso e soprattutto, un immenso senso civico, aspetto questo che in questa città non vedo in nessun’altra persona al di fuori della mia famiglia.
Buonanotte e a risentirci presto per nuovi aggiornamenti su questo importante tema da non sottovalutare assolutamente e che dovrebbe iniziare a preoccupare molte persone, specie se nel 2025 qui a Vsto il Tribunale verrà chiuso e tutte le cause legali verranno spostate a Chieti e soprattutto se i roghi agricoli, che nessuna istituzione locale ha ancora intenzione di controllare e di far cessare, cominceranno a manifestarsi in molte altre città italiane del Centro-Sud Italia.

Goodnight everyone, in this article I will talk about a topic that is personally very dear to me, because I believe it seriously endangers the health of both normal people and those allergic and fragile to air pollution linked to the presence of atmospheric nanoparticles PM2.5 in the air, the so-called fine particulates, produced both by artificial combustion sources such as oil and pellet heating, are cheaper for people than methane gas, but far more polluting in cities and another source of pollution from atmospheric nanoparticles is undoubtedly represented by the unburned exhaust fumes from diesel cars that run too much in the city, which is why some municipal administrations in Northern Italy, more civilized and sensitive to the issue, are increasingly adopting measures that improve public transport services and discourage the use of private cars, such as the much discussed Città 30, already adopted in Italy by the municipal administrations of Olbia in Sardinia and Bologna in Emilia Romagna, but another phenomenon that is increasingly gaining ground in the cities of Southern Italy is contributing dangerously to the increase in the concentration of atmospheric nanoparticles in our countryside overlooking the cities: malicious agricultural fires, a phenomenon which was found for the first time in Ischia in Campania and which is spreading like wildfire in several other urban centers in the Southern Italy, including Vasto in Abruzzo where I live, therefore this issue requires to be addressed seriously, with all the rigor of an environmental technician that has always distinguished me, because on issues like these we must never allow ourselves to minimize them, especially when they tend to endanger the health of an entire local community, the attitude adopted by the "absent local mayor" Francesco Menna, busy carrying out his role as President of the Province of Chieti in Corso Marrucino, completely forgetting to deal with the phenomena probably linked to the eco-mafia or smoke signals acts used by the local ROM community and aimed at communicating something to each other, a new form of communication that is increasingly taking hold in the city and where unfortunately I am still forced to live for another few years with my family, therefore I am absolutely not in a position to be able to turn a blind eye and pretend nothing happened, as all the other silenced and complicit residents do here, and I think that in the midst of a pandemic the Vastese community is far worse than the Avezzanese one of Avezzano (AQ) in the Marsica District, there were right-wing Camorra members there, while here there is some other form of mafia like the Apulian one, the Sacra Corona Unita, but that's another story!
I believe that Mayor Menna knows only too well that in his city happens crimes against air quality and to his citizens health, in a city to which I can't call mine just because I live there, I'm Roman and wherever I go I will be a soldier of Rome, only Rome for me is my motherland, all the others cities in Italy and in the world we cannot immediately understand each other. Having stated this well, I don't want to start acting like Giancarlo Siani of the situation, but given the constant worsening of the air quality in the city, especially when the local climate is more humid and it doesn't rain for days or months, it's time to talk here on the phenomenon linked to agricultural fires, where certain local characters, I believe they could be residents of Foggia-Apulian origins who have animalistic habits from Foggia, have a tendency to burn agricultural stubble a little too often and up to this point you would say that everything it is normal, the problem however is that the smoke emitted is not brown or black, it is blue in color and therefore I believe that under the stubble some other material is burning, such as dangerous waste and plastic which I remind readers of this article that emit dioxins in the air, material in my opinion mixed with the excess wood burned in the fields in the countryside of Lebba, Maddalena, San Lorenzo and Luci districts. I find myself forced to write this article because these phenomena occur with a certain frequency and regularity, they are very visible from my home and the worst thing about the matter is that no competent body intervenes by carrying out more checks to avoid the degeneration of a problem that is taking more and more foot: in various parts of the city at regular times, or after lunch between 1pm and 3pm, but also in the evening, between 5pm and 7pm, controlled arson agricultural fires are set for a few minutes, they do not get out of hand and they do not require the intervention of the Fire Brigade, however here it seems to be among the Sioux and Ceyenne Indian tribes during the period of English colonialism in North America, often in addition to agricultural fires, fireworks are also set off, such as if these absurd local characters communicated something to each other, but we still don't know exactly what, it is perhaps better not to know, but the fact remains that it is not easy for good people to live among a population that completely ignores environmental protection through the importance of an healthy air and the protection of human health. I personally have already sent several PEC emails to the Forestry Carabinieri of the local Vasto station, but my reports have never been taken seriously, so all I have to do is contact Striscia la Notizia of Canale 5 Mediaset: perhaps only in this way will I elevate the case to a national level, perhaps we will be able to unlock something, to no longer allow this free general anarchy that has prevailed especially since I have been living here for two and a half years now in the midst of a pandemic, where my organic state of health has decidedly worsened due to pollution from atmospheric nanoparticulate PM2.5 in force in particular local climatic conditions, especially in summer with the anomalously higher temperature and in conditions of greater relative humidity above 60%, forcing me to spend much more time at home compared to when I lived in Avezzano and not only for COVID19 which is still circulating among us.
Below I insert all the videos that I have been shooting in recent months aimed at documenting this phenomenon of agricultural fires, which I have read has also persisted for several years in the territory of Ischia in near Campania region.
Certain of a timely resolution of the problem in my own way, because if I wait for the Forestry Carabinieri of the local station in Vasto, or the Municipality of Vasto, I will have breathing problems in time that could lead to asthma or respiratory crises more or less serious, I dedicate this article to all those who, despite the pandemic period, have still retained, like me and my father, a minimum of logic, common sense and above all, an immense civic sense, this is something I don't see anywhere in this city. 'other person outside of my family.
